Here is a quick update on what is going on at Polwaththa - firstly, if you dont know how to pronounce the name, its pronounced pol'watha - its a tricky but traditional name which means coconut estate in Sinhalese
COOKING DEMONSTRATION
Our brand new cooking demonstration kitchen will be ready by 1st February this year. You will be taught everything about local cooking in a traditional style but also in a way in which you can cook at home. Get ready to spice up your home!

YOGA SHALA
Not only can your stay contribute directly towards the local community and our reforestation project, but from March onward you can also practice yoga and concentrate on your own well-being. This includes a nature walk so it is ideal for yoga enthusiasts that love nature and contributing to the environment. For yoga retreats, yoga workshops, etc please contact us.
